We have worked with Commissioners and potential bidders to run services. Staff have been trained in Commissioning by the Institute of Public Care.
Recent Contracts
- Developed a new locality based commissioning system for a £4million fund working with children and young people for a large local authority.
- Research for ESTIC on blocks to commissioning and recommendations about more accessible practice.
- Capacity building work with charity to increase their ability to make successful tenders.
